"GREAT SUPPORT"
I had an issue with my robot vacuum, and the customer service team was quick to respond. They took ownership of the problem and guided me through the solution. While the wait time was a bit long, their accountability made the experience much better. Overall, I'm satisfied.

"Loving My New Gadget"
Received this as a gift a couple of months back, and I gotta say, I'm really enjoying it. It outperforms my old vacuum for sure. I just wish they’d come up with a version that can handle stairs, curtains, and furniture. It would be awesome if they could add a sensor to detect pet messes, spills, thin cords, and other tricky stuff. My cats are always intrigued, watching it zoom around, but I haven’t managed to get them to hop on for a ride yet. The replacement parts can be a bit on the expensive side, but hey, it’s still cheaper than buying a whole new unit.
After a month of use, I’ve noticed it tends to get stuck in some weird spots. If it encounters a corner or a piece of furniture that’s less than 6 inches off the ground, it tries to climb up and ends up wedged. We’ve had to rescue it from under furniture quite a few times because it can’t find its way back to the charging dock. It does a decent job, similar to a regular vacuum, and saves me some hassle. It doesn’t catch all the cat hair, though; sometimes it just moves it around, leaving little clumps behind.
It’s supposed to return to its charging station when the battery hits 10%, but often it pushes it to 2% and doesn’t make it back in time. It can’t seem to recognize its charging dock and will push it around, making it hard to return when it’s done since it might have moved it halfway across the room. If it’s not snug against the wall, it drags cords along with it. I’m curious if there’s a way to fix this so it always finds its way back. I usually don’t run it when I’m not home because it sometimes gets stuck on furniture it tries to climb. Instead of bouncing off, it angles itself and tries to scale it. If there’s anything with a ramp-like surface, like a pile, it’ll try to climb on top and get stuck because it can’t bounce off.
It also doesn’t recognize wet messes and will just roll through them, spreading the mess all over the house. The same goes for pet “gifts” left behind furniture; it can’t tell the difference and just rolls right over them. A wet sensor would be a great addition to avoid this issue. The sensor posts work well, but I always worry that one day the batteries will die, and it’ll wander into a part of the house it shouldn’t, getting stuck or knocking something over.
